Three on-ramps toward paid Tech I work.

Low-voltage and field-tech training is a fragmented national pathway — not “no schools exist.” We stitch the map so a student can move without getting lost between HS, a short intensive, and an employer who will train.

High school readiness

Curriculum maps, dual-credit research, site visits. Goal: graduates who can interview for Tech I or enter a certificate without remediation chaos.

~12-week intensive

Tools, safety, customer presence, and a five-minute portfolio. Tracks: IT/helpdesk, AV/low-voltage/security, manufacturing support.

Apprenticeship & partners

Bridge to registered apprenticeships and MSPs/integrators. Employer partners stay labeled as partners — this is not an ODS or Stancy brand site.

How a student moves

Pick a lane: IT support, field/low-voltage, or still exploring.
Build one proof artifact (lab photo, ticket write-up, or site-visit notes).
Apply to will-train roles with a coach script — not Easy Apply spray.
Use interviews as curriculum. Feedback loops back into the next digest.
